The Vintage vs Modern Street Battle is ON in Montreal this Summer!

We just got this announcement from the cool folks at Montreal Swing Riot. Color us EXTREMELY EXCITED!

Hi everyone! We will not be hosting a weekend event this summer in Montreal.

That said... the BATTLE is ON 🤘

We're going ahead with another edition of the Vintage vs Modern Street Dance Battle this summer in July. The battle will be danced to live music, and we're expecting thousands of spectators.

Here's where it gets interesting... we need your help. The teams are almost complete, but we're holding out a spot for a lucky person or couple to join us to represent the Vintage side.

Yes, you heard that right. There are two spots open and you could be part of this battle. We're accepting video auditions from now until May 19th. Simply send us a video to info@montrealswingriot.com showcasing why you deserve to be part of the team. And please tag friends you think might be interested 😉

Should you plan the trip to come watch this battle live? Of course! Montreal is a beautiful city to visit in the summer, so do come for the delicious bagels, summer vibes and great social dancing. We'll also share details on local swing dance venues, which typically run on Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat and Sunday night for your dancing pleasure.
