So I know I've gotten some Yehoodites hooked on what is the best book series out in the last 50 decades, Bryan Lee O'Malley's Scott Pilgrim. Earlier in the month they announced that the final volume of the series is coming out July 20th: ...and now today they've released the official trailer…

Yeah, it's so flipping good I don't even really know what to say. Amazing action, very very funny, lots of geek love throughout.

It went by so fast! I can't wait to go see it again. It was every bit as epic and awesome (and funny and ridiculous and smart and silly and sweet) as I had hoped. Brilliantly shot, acted, edited...i could go on. But instead I will go back to the beginning and read the whole series again and then go see the movie when it opens.

GO.

The movie deviates fairly significantly after book 3, so I don't think it will help/hurt the experience.

You people suck. Now I need to see the movie AND read the books which I can't justify buying right now. I think we need a Yehoodi library where people can check stuff like this out.

No, it's easy to follow without reading them. And entertaining because it's awesome.

Finally got the chance to see it today. Part of a "double feature," of which the second part was Inception.
