There has been an addition to the lineup for Hawkeye Swing Festival 2011. Teaching the first lesson of the weekend on Friday night is Solomon Douglas. He will also be playing piano for 2 of our amazing bands over the course of the weekend!!!
We have worked out a sweet deal for everyone looking for a hotel to stay at. We have a block of rooms reserved at a special rate of $65/night (plus taxes). This hotel is the Iowa House Hotel which is in the same building as our main venue!!! So when you're done for the night you can just walk down the hallway to get to your room. They also offer free parking during your stay!!
Our early bird prices are being announced now, so that everyone interested in attending can be informed. We are offering two rates again this year, Student and Non-Student. There are international discounts and group rates available, please email HawkeyeSwingFest@gmail.com for more information!!

Pass sale will start Thursday, March 10th at Noon (CST), and will end Friday, March 11th at Noon (CST).
Price for a pass will be $50 (current prices are $100 for students and $115 for non-students). This price is regardless of whether or not you are a student.
