Hi good people!
Im a danish guy that is visiting the USA for a month. Just before i got here, I was at Herräng dance camp, which was completely awesome! And right now im kind of getting Lindy Hop withdrawal symptoms...!
Luckily in just some days I will be in NYC, where I will stay there for 3 weeks and hopefully dance alot!.
So if you know anything about where to Lindy hop in NYC and would like to show me, I would be most thankful!
Best regards!

Like hot jazz and fast tempos? Check out "Vince Giordano adn his Nighthawks" on a Monday night at Sofia's in the HOtel Edison ...dancers are often there there sitting at a back table on the left and if you sit with them, you can probably just pay the music cover of $15 (otherwise they want you to buy a full dinner)
Vince Giordano did the soundtrack for the Aviator, Sweet and Lowdown, Revolutionary Road, worked on Cotton Club..etc etc, and has a fascination with the history of this music has an incredibly large repertoire of 20s and early 30s music.
If trad jazz is your thing, this is a MUST DO!
This music is not too fast; you're just too damn slow.
