The silicon valley, CA Lindy Hoppers are SUPER excited to announce a weekend workshop called Swingin' At The Savoy on the weekend of Feb. 24th-26th featuring Norma Miller, Chazz Young, Chester Whitmore, Kevin & Jo, Dargoff & Brittany, Live Music, Richard Powers, Alisa Clancy from local jazz radio station, 91.1 KCSM!
We also have some great housing options at hotels and homestays that people can explore on the website as well.
If you ever wanted to come up to visit the SF Bay Area, now is the time to do it! There is a special Masters' Track for seasoned dancers and we welcome Beginners and Intermediates too, because we consider events of this kind, focusing on our Lindy Heritage, are a sort of rite of passage for new swing dancers.

So Swingin' at the Savoy workshop is a little over a week away! that means we are in the final stretch people! You know this workshop will feature a whole gamut of dance classes, there is even a masters track for those bad azzz dancers that want to take it to the LIMIT! I should also again mention that there will be dance legends in tha house ~ NORMA MILLER ~ CHAZZ YOUNG ~ CHESTER WHITMORE..Sweet Jimeny crickets its gonna be sooo good that it will make your big toe shoot up out of your boot :) http://swinginatthesavoy.com/register/

If you have extra space in your place for out of town guests, please consider joining the time honored tradition of housing vagabond Lindy hoppers. There are some fantastic people out there who share our craze for this dance and we all tend to city hop on the cheap this way. :) Most are not picky and don't require much out of a 'host'!
