Quote These dregs of humanity have been hotlinking for too long,
and it's high time they paid for it.
If you come across any of these people, check all their graphics, because they're stolen.
If you are one of these people...STOP hotlinking, LEARN how to use images correctly, and most importantly, GET A LIFE!
Aiddee LaGemini, MySpace - this is one hotlinking whore! Every image she uses is stolen from one place or another!
Leeh_Stoic, Suicide Girls
G4 Forums - a whole messageboard full of losers!
916online - more messageboard thieves! And on top of that, they're illiterate idiots!
Don't like it? Quit stealing! It's that simple! You're adults, and you speak English, which means you know perfectly well what "Download and save to your own server" means. If you can right-click to copy links, then you can right-click to save!
If you should find anyone else who has no morals and is trying to raise my bill, I'd like it if you notified me. You'll remain anonymous, of course. I'm only publicly denouncing WorldWideWastes of space here. Thanks for your cooperation.
Ok this is interesting. See, i never thought of hotlinking as stealing. However, if it uses her bandwidth, and her bill increases, then ok, maybe i see her point. Of course, the crizzazzzy is that she thinks that immoral people are doing it on purpose to cost her money. That's misguided but at least it's a smidgen of understandable foundation for anger.
Apparently she thinks everything in The Internet is intentional. Now THAT's funny.
But "hotlinking whore" ... that actually sounds kind of sessay. ;)

Quoted from "crazy azz KI lover" Its theme song will always be stuck in my head.
I guess I just took it for granted that I'd be able to share it with my kids someday. Sure, it had its cheesy moments (remember Mr. Angel?), but all in all, Kids Inc. was a happy, upstanding show that you didn't have to worry about your kids watching.
I'm not sure what drew me to it at first. I think maybe it let us all live out our fantasies; to be famous, to be in a band, to belong to something. How many of us grew up in a town that had a club for kids? Not me, that's for sure. It was like Chuck-E-Cheese minus the puppets, games and (gasp!) adult supervision. I don't know about you, but I really wanted to live there!
Personally, Kids Inc. was a save haven for me, an escape from my un-tv like life. I was the typical fan: looked up to Gloria, identified with Renee, had a crush on Ryan, thought Richie was annoying, laughed at all of Riley's dumb inventions, etc. And every time someone would come up behind me, look at the screen and say, "Hey, they're not really singing!", I would immediately jump to their defense! Seeing as half of them went off and got recording contracts (was that in their contracts or something?), I must have been right!
Another thing Kids Inc. did for me - it helped gain me musical independence from my parents. Remember being old enough to protest their stations while in the car? It was in the 80's that I would suddenly hear a song on the radio and think, "They did that on Kids Incorporated!" Then of course, I'd find out that the lyrics had all been "Disney-d"
And yet, all these years, my mom still credits herself with turning me onto it.
Just for the record, point of obsession 7 was just an accident. I never meant to call my little sister Stacy. See, she's my little sister and she was annoying me, and the show had just went off. It's called a Freudian slip, people!
Now I know why she is so psycho! She can't get the theme song out of her head! That would drive me crazy too after 2 decades!

Quote May 3rd, 2005: Okay, people, that's it. I am sick and tired of lame-assed losers bashing my favorite show and using my site to do it!! I don't care about hits; if you aren't at least open to the possibility of liking Kids Incorporated and/or its cast members, DO NOT COME HERE AGAIN!! And don't use any of my graphics, either! This site is for FANS - people who APPRECIATE the show, not pathetic people who think watching it was their mistake! From now on, if I find a blog, message board, MSN group, or site using me to display their hate, I will do everything in my power to have it shut down! IS THAT CLEAR? And don't bother making it members only - if I can't get to it, I'll just assume it's bad, and have you shut down, too!
Nice on that last point.
All from her updates page... http://www.imallwrite.com/KidsInc/updates.html ... who do you think she is talking to? the voices in her head?

You know, the hotlinking would be an issue if she paid for the bandwidth or whatever. But her pictures are on photobucket. So the amount of hotlinking done on her images doesn't affect her at all, because photobucket hosts the bandwidth. I don't get upset when someone hotlinks to a photo on my flickr account - they're on my flickr account so my actual servers don't have to deal with them.

Quoted from "Marcelo" I nominate FoolsRun, who banned pinupgirl from his board for saying dancing was dead.
I didn't ban her, I locked her thread because the combination of her and my users wasn't very productive. She wasn't selling anything and neither her or my users were being nice people about it. So I locked the thread. Big difference. Nobody's ever been banned from Swingmonkey and I'm actually kinda offended here.
Are you going around telling people that I banned her from my site?

That may cause her to plan a terrorist attack against y7a.

BTW, I luved KI when I was little. Wow, I was a dork. But I have to admit, if they had it on Netflicks I'd be tempted to rent a season and see what it's like.

I never watched Kids Inc but i think that anyone who is this obsessed with a kids television show obviously has other issues that are unresolved from her childhood. Psycho analysis anyone?
To err on the faithful side of desire would be a most endearing fate. -Me
Quoted from "frankyboy" There was on article in a san fran newspaper about how mean these jr high school kids were to each other on their discussion board, which mark kapner posted on yehoodi (back in 2000 I think). It was a thur afternoon, I went to the link, a thread titled "Jesse Bab[bleep!]is a bitch" and commenced to post there that she was a bitch because she rebuffed my buddy who's really shy and worked up the nerve to ask her out.
She got upset and wanted to know who he was, and wanted to im me to talk about it. Then I informed her that I found out my friend was a coward and never got the nerve to even ask her out, and how he's not my friend anymore and gosh I sure wish I had a girlfriend.
Meanwhile, yehoodites are reading this thread and commenting on it at the same time on the thread on yehoodi. Because you didn't have to sign up for a screen name on their site, other yehoodites started to join in (though we didn't know who they were, except poke alex who was posting about how much fun masturbation was on a different thread, alex is the bomb).
now it's friday and inbetween her friends defending her honor and non-bitchieness, I pined for a girlfriend. Then, some bonehead yehoodite, got all wishy washy about the whole thing and posted the link to our site on theirs. Immediately we had a bunch of jr highschoolers jumping on our thread, calling us "wrinkly old over-30yr old swing dancers" while various yehoodites corrected their pathetic grammer.
To bring the show to an end and bow out, I decided to use the ol' Oh I thought this was someolace else, I asked if they were going to some jr high dance, which they said they never heard of and then:
Me: "Oh, isn't this bristol central high school"?
Them: "No, this is South Kingston Jr High in RI"
Me: "Oops my bad"
then, jessie who was wanting me to im her to find out who my friend was, IMed me to get mad at me and I had a hillarous conversation then went somethign like this:
frank: "will you be my IM buddy, I only have three"
jesse: "sure, I have 82"
frank: "wow, I really only have two cause one if my friend who didn't ask you out so hes not my friend anymore and my uncle harry"
jesse: your friend is mean
Frank: "he is, and he's not my friend anymore. my uncle harry is bald, just like this kid at school"
jesse: that's funny
frank: yeah, we used to shoot spitballs at his head
jesse: that's mean
frank: his head was full of spitballs, he had a dense head
jesse: that's funny
frank: but then he died of cancer
jesse: omg, that's sad
and all that happened over a thur afternoon and a friday, two days documentated as the most unproductive in the history of this country...except for web hosts.

All this talk about Kids Inc made me think of other fave kids shows. Did anyone else watch the Mysterious Cities of Gold on Nickelodeon? I LOVED that show, but I've never met anyone else who's heard of it. It was about these two kids who go adventuring through South America to look for the lost cities made of gold. It rocked.

There is a comment in the article you have about how someone came across your blog from Yehoodi. Maybe that will be enough.
Of course, you could just post about how much your friends at Yehoodi think she's a nut job. If she reads it, she's sure to come over and play.
