Wonderful Yehoodite Encounters

The thread about disappointing encounters reminded me of a wonderful encounter I had with a Yehoodite.

She was wonderful. One of the best dances I have ever had.

I think the encounters many people would detail would not be welcome on this family-friendly site.

One time at Cache, Eff came up and said hi.

Both NYC George's were pretty damn cool. Air is the best Exchange guest ever! The dude cleaned my bathroom before leaving town. How cool is that?! Also, I had some great dances and a nice Sunday Night chat with redbean at ATLX.

Yeah...it is more fun to complain, btw.

I met Emmy Sue and bought her drinks several times. No arguments.

I met Ruby Mae and danced. No arguments.

I met swingkittenpsu and--oh wait...bad example.

So I'm two for three.

I met hjesse at SacX this year, and she was both hawt and an awesome dancer. Incredible fun blues dancing with her...

And i didn't even know she was a Yehoodite at the time!

Overall, most of my Yehoodite encounters have been very cool, esp. considering that I'm kind of a random show who lives 2 hours away from the nearest dance scene. It's one thing I really like about social dancing... it truly is "social." :dunno:

Although I have yet to experience the infamous boob-grab, so maybe dancing hasn't been so social for me afterall???

It was very pleasant to meet you and your famous shoes at DCLX. Thanks for the dances.

I'm going to create a set on flickr of all my yehoodiite encounters. Stay tuned. . .

I always like meeting yehoodites. I've never met one I didn't like.

I'm sure if I met you, I'd probably like you. I like most people. They have to be pretty b tchy and awful for me not to like them. I tolerate some people however, which isn't quite the same thing as dislike, but it's closer to that end of the spectrum.

Nope, no worries. However I was a bit curious why you'd post her as a negative in the WONDERFUL thread...it probably would have been better left unsaid if that's how you feel...

Anyhow, her past is just that as far as I'm concerned - past.

Obsessed, I remember once when you came to Texas. That was nice.

Meeting my first Texan Yehoodites ended up being pretty life-changing too.
