Reference: How come no Guy Jams?

After attending Midwest Girl Jam, I was really inspired by the environment created for the follows, the classes offered, and the incorporation of leads into this follow-centric workshop. The nature of the workshop seemed like it might be useful for guys.

I'm accutely aware of the main points from thread above, it kind of turned into a "No Guy Jams" type of thread. I do not want to take away from or steal any thunder from GirlJams -- they're great. Their principles can serve as a template and starting point for a Guys workshop that is more than just a plethora of moves.

So, Yehoodi, What would you do for a Guys Jam?
What could you do in a lead-centric setting that you cannot do in a regular workshop? Is a national level workshop the right scope, or is this better for a regional or local level? What are the right questions to ask about such an endeavor?

I'm not interested in opinions concerning if it's a good/needed idea or not... I'm interested in what you would do if you were conducting such a workshop.

Thanks for your input!

~ Shawn

(And for people who like to make the useless statement, "If you want it, YOU go do it", I am posing the question becuase I am thinking about setting it up with some help from fellow local dancers.)

Yeah seriously.. isn't there already a stigma with guys who dance? Let alone guys who go to an all-men dance camp?

I say nothing less than killing and skinning something would suffice.

Yep. Killing... and maybe tap.

Okay....

so definitely a pub crawl and a bbq, T&A and other things leads want... a few legit mentions include follows, tap dance, and stuff that isn't move-based, and lead's styling.

What else?

Clip trading is always fun with the guys. It speaks to their hoarding collecting geeky natures.

That's a good point, but there's still a lot of great stuff not on youtube. And besides, Youtube's only good if you know what you're looking for. If you don't have that knowledge, then you don't know how to search for clips.
