So I don't want this topic to be cruel or making fun of anyone, but I wanted everyone to share any videos they come across online of people that dance to swing music, but what the're doing is something makes you wonder where they heck they learned to dance like they do . . . (i.e. unique…

"There are hundreds of steps so a few advanced steps might slip in there." Dude must be an expert to know hundreds of dance steps.
I don't mind the music. It'd be great for Carolina Shag. The dancing might even look okay if the couple committed to their triple steps instead of lazily shuffling around.
These kids are something else. Instructional videos? Really? If you are a beginner, that's fantastic, but don't make instructional videos! Except if you want to entertain us.

Oh, this is another one from the same group. It makes me sad that it is obvious that no one ever told them about dancing to the music. Not like I would would to dance to that particular ensemble, either.
Not as bad as most of the videos on here, until you notice the lack of basics of any kind (except for the first two beats) and timing... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRXi0s6gh1U

So we got to hear the music "the Swing" couple was dancing to. Too bad we couldn't hear the music "the Lindy" couple was dancing too because it sure wasn't the same thing.

The video title says Swing Dance Club; these are not just college kids farting around in a dorm room. I don't mind the patterns so much as the fact that they're not dancing on the beat which then begs the question: who is the teacher of this club, the two women who proudly introduced the dancers at the start? There's nothing more fundamental to dancing than the rhythm and moving to the beat. Ah, but I think I found the answer. The title also says Juice and Java. It's not hard to pick out the Java couple; that fella's clearly downed more than a few Starbuck's ventis, not to mention some greenies. I feel sorry for his partner; she looks like she's about to collapse from exhaustion. Finally, and speaking of coffee, is this the entire swing dance club (4 people) or just the creme de la creme?
OMG I just found all of the answers to my questions. There is a companion video which is another first: we gain insight into the mind of 'The Swing' dancers through an interview. In addition, the wired fella actually teaches 'The Swing'. But wait! It gets better - the very best is the closing line at the very end. I don't want to spoil it for you but let me just say they scrambled things pretty well in this video! ok I'm being way too negative and snarky and they all seem like nice kids so let me be positive: the view out of the window of their dance room looks nice. Proceed
Is that all there is, is that all there is?
If that's all there is my friends, then let's keep dancing

It seems important to note that on this groups youtube channel, their number one favorite video is the "swing dance marathon" from DWTS last year... Nuff said.
Every time I start to think, "Man my club is lazy and doesn't want to learn choreography for team divisions." I see videos like this and am glad some of us can do swingouts.
Random Gem I came across. You can probably stop after the first minute of his ripped white outfit wiggling around, they just to the same things over and over.

With some work, that could be half as entertaining as the aftermath of a domestic dispute on an episode of COPS.
Excellent.

Were there any tripples in the "lindy"...at all? All I saw was a random assortment of arm leads...did I imagine it?

I really liked how they started dancing BEFORE the music came on...

Juice & Java is apparently the name of a TV show produced at Syracuse U.

But yeah, those dancers are pretty bad.
