SwingNation #90: Holiday Cooking Show

From the live broadcast of a very special edition of SwingNation: The Holiday Cooking Show! Rik Panganiban and Hanah Yendler prepare festive dishes from the new swing-inspired cookbook Swing Food, by Markus "MOO" Krassnitzer and Olivier “Olli” Sortsch.

We prepared three dishes from the book:

  • chicken and waffles

  • Frim Fram sauce!

  • and finish with a delicious jelly roll.

    And yes, Hanah’s jelly roll is magnificent.
