House + Solo Jazz at Jazz Roots: Darren and Willis Modestine

We’re in love with this performance by Darren and Willis Modestine from Jazz Roots 2022 that took place in mid-April in Paris. Darren and Willis bill themselves as “afro, house, and hip-hop” dancers and you can see so those styles and more in their movement. And that joyful energy they exude is clearly infectious, from the crowd’s reaction.
